• Established village base institutions such as society, saving and thrift credit group, more than 500 SHGs etc. for strengthening the process of participatory development in field of agriculture, health etc.
• Satisfactorily answered to farmer queries through Farmers Field School Programme conducted by CEAD-RELIANCE partnership.
• Successfully running Vermi Compost Unit, Pot Mixture Unit &Vermi Wash Unit in our Farm.
• Actively involved and participated promoting Environmental Protection activities both urban & rural .
• Implementation process has been executed through a series of meetings and Awareness Campaigns involving the Target community to render better results.
• CEAD is having its own Training & Development Unit which provides On & Off Farm trainings to Internal as well as External agencies and Students from Schools, Colleges and Esteemed Educational Institutions (Annamalai University, Pondicherry University, Agriculture Dept., PKKVK, PAJANCOA, Kerala University, Adhiparasakthi College, Swedan University, United Nation Students, etc.) regularly attend their Semester Training Programmes..
• Knowledge Centre setup done for the Rural peoples to develop their interest in the areas of Communication development and other aspects of livelihoods.
